So in short, if you want to recolor or retexture another creator’s sims stuff, just ask permission from the creator first and if you don’t have time to ask or for some reasons forgot to ask, then at least mention the creator’s name or put a link in your post back to the original post where you got the mesh from.

I contacted the person and she didn’t tell the truth at first but admitted in the end that the mesh she was using for her recolor was my mesh. Yesterday I saw someone ( I don’t know if I should mention the person’s name) using my Crop Top Jacket mesh for recoloring purposes without asking my permission first or even giving credits where it’s due in her post.
